I can’t swap my COINS. Why?

To swap your COINS, you must first authenticate your account.

To do this, please send us the following documents:

  • A digital photo of the front and back of your identity card
  • Proof of address or an official document containing your last name, first name and address (e.g., a recent bill, a letter from your bank or Belgian health care sticker)

The documents can be sent by email to our customer service (support@circus-casino.be) or directly to one of our agents via our Live Chat. 

Once your account is authenticated, you will have access to all the features.
