Following new rules in Belgium, the minimum age for placing sports bets is now 21 years old.
If you are under 21, you can no longer participate in any form of games of chance, namely: casino games, dice games, live casino and sports betting. You can also no longer deposit money into your Circus account.
What about your Circus account?
If you are under 21 and already had an account at Circus before the legal age change, you can still log into your account, withdraw money or view your ongoing bets.
If you do not already have a Circus account, you will have to wait until the legal minimum age of 21 to be able to log in.
What happens to your ongoing bets?
If you have placed bets that have not yet been closed, they remain valid. If they are winning, your winnings will be credited to your Circus account and you can withdraw them if you wish.
