Following a new regulation in Belgium, the legal minimum age to place bets is now 21 years old.
If you are younger than 21, you can no longer take part in any form of game of chance, namely casino games, dice games, the live casino and sports betting. You can also no longer deposit any money on your Circus account.
If you are younger than 21 years old and you already had a Circus account before the legal age was changed, you can still log into your account, withdraw money and see your open bets.
If you didn’t already have a Circus account, you must reach the legal minimum age of 21 years old to be able to log in.
If you have placed bets that aren’t settled yet, these remain valid. If they are winning, your profits will be credited to your Circus account and you can withdraw them if you wish.
