You can then:
- Reset your password by email if you know the address linked to your account and still have access to it.
- Identify yourself with itsme to choose a new email address and a new password, without logging in first.
If you change your email address, a validation link is sent to the new address: click it to validate it. A notification is also sent to the old address.
If you are able to log in and simply want to change your email address, go to “Personal data” in your profile. You can make this change using itsme or your current password.
