To recover your username or password, click on "Forgot password" in the "Login" menu and enter the email address linked to your account.
After submitting the reset request, you will receive a email containing a link allowing you to choose a new password and regain access to your account.

Still can't find the email or forgot the address linked to your account?
You can log in via itsme. Once logged in, go to the "Personal Data" tab to verify the email address associated with your account.
If the address is incorrect, you can contact our support by providing your new email address and attaching a photo of the front and back of your identity card.
