I can’t log into my account. Why?

If you can no longer log in to your Circus-Casino account, there are several possible reasons:

 

• You have entered the wrong password several times. For your security, your account has therefore been blocked. To recover it, please contact our customer service.


• You have been banned from gaming by the Belgian Gaming Commission. It is no longer possible to access your account.
