To modify your personal information, go to your account, select the "Settings" tab, then "Personal information."
You can modify your mailing address from this tab.
To modify your email address, use the "forgot password or email" button and authenticate yourself via Itsme. You will then need to enter your new email address and a new password.
If this does not work or you would like to modify any other information, contact our customer service team with a photo of the front and back of your ID card.
