My transaction was declined by paysafecard. Why? Who should I contact?

If you are trying to make a deposit but your transaction is declined by paysafecard, or if you are experiencing an issue with the paysafecard payment page, there may be several reasons:

 

• Your balance is insufficient: top up your Paysafecard account and try again

• You made a mistake in your information (card number, expiration date, etc.): check your information and try again

• You have reached your usage limit: try again later

• A technical problem has occurred on Paysafecard's side: try again later

• Your card was not purchased in Belgium: You cannot use it.

 

If the problem persists, contact paysafecard by phone at +3278481493 (Monday to Sunday between 10am and 10pm) or by email at info@paysafecard.com.

 

Remember that you can also make a deposit by bank card.
