I want to take a break or exclude myself for some time. How do I do it?

Do you want to take a step back from games of chance so you don’t lose control?

We have various moderation tools to allow you to better manage your gaming behavior. For this, you can activate a break or self-exclusion directly in your account settings.

 

The break allows you to block your access to games for a duration of 1 day to 2 weeks.

 

 

Once the break is activated, you can still log in and get access to the withdrawals page for example, but you can no longer play during the defined period. Once the period has ended, all the features will be automatically reactivated on your account and you can play and bet again.

 

Self-exclusion allows you to exclude yourself for a period of 6 months.

 

 

Unlike the break, self-exclusion completely prevents you from logging in to your account. Once the period has ended, you must contact our customer service to ask for your account to be reactivated.
