For security reasons, it is not possible to change your username.
A single account is authorized per person, it is also not possible to create another account with the username of your choice. You will have to therefore keep the username chosen when you registered.
However, it is possible to change your email address by contacting our customer service and sending them:
- A photo of the front and back of your identity card
- The former email address linked to your account and the new one you wish to use
