How do I contact customer service from my telephone?

Do you want to contact us using your telephone? Here is what to do.

At Circus, select the 3 parallel bars on the top right of your screen.

 

In the menu, there are 2 contact options: our contact form or our Livechat (if you are logged in).

To access the contact form, select Help and Contact and then click on Contact form.

You will then be redirected to our contact form. If you are logged in, all you need to do is select the subject from the drop-down list and write your question. If you aren’t logged in, you will need to fill in all the fields manually. 

 

For the Livechat, a green dot will show when our agents are available. If they aren’t, the dot will be orange. 

 

When you click on LiveChat, you have the option to ask a question. We will then suggest several articles from our FAQ. 

 

If you don’t find the answer to your question, you can start a conversation with one of our agents by selecting Chat live. Then write your message and click on the Start chat button. 

 

Once the conversation has finished, you will have the chance to rate the conversation with our agent using the positive or negative rating and a comment. Your opinion is important to us and helps us improve!
