  • The code contained €50 but I could only use €X.

This is possible if you have a deposit limit and it was almost reached. In this case, the code remains valid, and the remaining credit can be used as soon as your deposit limit allows it. The remaining amount on the Neosurf code can also be checked via the link provided above.

  • The code was used, but not on your Circus-Casino.be account.
