Here is how to do it:
- Log in to your MyNeosurf account
- Click on "Verify identity and upgrade to Premium".
- Validate your information step by step:
- Send your documents. The site asks for your authorization to validate your information and authenticate your account. Check that your details are correct, and sign your surname and first name:
- The page then asks you to authorise access to your device’s camera to take a selfie:
- Once the selfie has been taken and sent, the platform confirms that your authentication request has been accepted and will be processed within 24 hours:
Once your MyNeosurf Premium account has been authenticated, you will be able to take full advantage of the benefits:
