Once this period has passed, it is unfortunately no longer possible to access it.
If you become eligible again, a new Emerald Payout may be available between the 1st and the 7th of the following month. You will then receive a reminder to inform you.
Note: the availability of the Emerald Payout depends on your gaming activity. It is therefore not guaranteed that you will receive one every month.
