Authenticating on our site couldn't be easier!
Several options are available:
- Authenticating with ItsMe;
- Authenticating by taking several photos of your documents;
Our Veriff photo assistant lets you authenticate your account live by taking a few photos.
To verify your account with this option, simply click the ‘I choose to send photos’ button.
A new page will open and you will have a choice of :
- Scan the QR code (recommended)
- Send the link by SMS
You must take a RECTO/VERSO photo of your identity card and a selfie:
If everything has been done correctly, you will receive a confirmation message inviting you to return to the main page (on your computer or mobile phone).
After a short wait, a message will appear to confirm that everything is OK.
