I did not receive the full amount of my crypto deposit. Why?

Deposits via Cryptocurrency allow you to freely choose the amount of your deposit, regardless of your limits. We always recommend that you take your deposit limits into account to avoid any issues.

When you deposit an amount that causes you to exceed one or more of your deposit limits, the transaction is "split" into several transactions.

Let's take a concrete example: you are depositing for the first time and have a limit of €500 per week. You decide to deposit €550 in cryptocurrencies.

This €550 transaction will be split as follows:

  • A first transaction of €500 will be added to your balance. Since your limit is €500 per week, this is the maximum amount that can be credited.

  • A second transaction of €50, which will be "frozen" and have the status "reserved".

This will be visible in your deposit history:

What happens to this reserved transaction?

In this case, you have several options:

  • Claim your deposit: as soon as your limit allows, the reserved amount will automatically be credited to your player account.
  • Change your limits: you have the option to modify your deposit limits to then allow the amount to be credited 72 hours later.
  • Contact our customer service if you would like the reserved amount to be refunded to your cryptocurrency account.

And if my limit, once unlocked, does not allow the full reserved amount to be credited?

It is entirely possible that your limit does not allow you to receive the full reserved amount. For example, if you deposit €150 while your limit is €50, you will receive €50, and then only €50 can be retrieved at a time. In these cases, the amount may be split again into several sums.

You could therefore receive €50, then €50 when the limit is unlocked, and again €50 when the limit is unlocked once more.
