The Ruby Payout and the Emerald Payout allow eligible players to receive an additional prize by participating in a mini-game.
- The Ruby Payout is weekly. It depends on your activity and results over a reference period generally set at the previous two weeks.
- The Emerald Payout is monthly. It replaces the former Box and also depends on your activity and results over the reference period.
Access is not automatic each week or month: you must meet the eligibility requirements for the relevant Payout.
How do I know if my Payout is available?
Check the Ruby Payout or Emerald Payout section:
- A countdown appears: it indicates when you will be able to access your Payout.
- A padlock appears: you are not eligible for this period.
The Ruby Payout is available Monday through Friday to eligible players.
How do I receive my prize?
- Access the available Payout.
- Participate in the mini-game. Access costs €0.10 for each Payout.
- At the end of the mini-game, your cash prize is automatically credited to your account.
How are prizes calculated?
Your Payout depends on your activity and results during the reference period.

Why does access cost €0.10?
Access to the mini-games is subject to a fee for compliance reasons.
Is the monthly Box still available?
No. It has been replaced by the Emerald Payout.
